Fatherhood is a huge responsibility. It can be difficult to know how to be a good father and be there for your children. Many fathers feel like they are not doing enough, or that they are not as good as they should be, which is why we're excited to share some tips on how to become a more present father and improve your relationship with your children.

First, make time for your children every day. It doesn't have to be a lot of time, but it is important to make sure that you are spending some quality time with your kids every day. This can be something as simple as reading them a bedtime story or playing a game with them. Being physically present with your children is incredibly important because it lets them know that you are interested in them and their lives.

Second, be emotionally present with your children. This means being available to listen to them and help them with whatever they are going through. It is also important to be able to express your own emotions to your children. letting them know that it is okay for them to see you as a human being with feelings. This can be a great way to build a strong emotional bond with your children.
